Job Description: - Be the Care Hero: Always treat clients, their families, and Endeavor staff with dignity, kindness, and respect. Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts.
- Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan.
- Allow and encourage clients to do as much of their own care as possible.
- Encourage clients to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting
- Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients
- Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.
Minimum Requirements: - 1 year of Professional or Personal Caregiving Experience
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, & Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass Background Check & Drug Screening
Preferred Requirements: - CNA and/or Certified Caregiver License
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Negative TB skin test/Chest X-ray
- AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
