Job Details

• Reason for Coverage: To fill a vacant position until a permanent provider is hired.
• Dates of Coverage: Will be provided separately.
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 40-75.
• Number of Exam Rooms: 5.
• Other Urgent Care Physicians Present During Locums Coverage: No.
• Supervision Required: No.
• Mid-Levels Providing Coverage: 1 per day.
• Documentation System/EMR: Experity.
• Practice Setting: Adult, Pediatric.

Procedures Required

• Minor wound management and repair.
• Incision and drainage of abscesses.
• Foreign body removal from skin.
• Pelvic exams.
• Diagnostic testing.
• Local anesthesia.
• Extremity splinting.

Credentialing Information

• Estimated Timeframe: 60-90 days.

Travel Reimbursements

• Lodging: $150/night.
• Rental Car: Standard economy.
• Flight (if applicable): Standard economy.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED.
• Active SC License - REQUIRED.
• BLS and DEA - REQUIRED.
• 100% Clean Background - REQUIRED for temporary privileges.
