Roseburg, Oregon, Urgent Care JobClinical Role:Seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Medical Provider to join our dynamic team at. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional urgent care services, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of medical conditions, and ensuring our patients receive prompt, effective, and compassionate care. You will be at the forefront of our urgent care services, embodying our commitment to excellence in healthcareRole is for an Urgent Care but there will be some cross coverage primary care as well (the clinic is all in one)Reason for Need: GrowthSupportive Staff: NPs, physicians, CMO also sees patients3ys experience preferredLooking for candidate that has local ties to the areaOpen to FM, IM, or NPSeeing all agesEMR: eClinicalStandard proceduresSchedule 3 days 12 hour shifts - days TBD, must be open to working weekends when neededLooking for team playerDeliver comprehensive medical care to patients in an urgent care setting, addressing a wide spectrum of acute illnesses and injuriesPerform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plansInterpret a variety of diagnostic tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urinalysis, EKGs, and radiographsPrescribe and manage medications, therapies, and other specialized medical careCollaborate closely with primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomesProvide health education and counseling to patients and their families, fostering an environment of proactive health managementMaintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care and interactionsContribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and best practicesAct as a mentor and role model for nursing and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environmentAdhere to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism at all timesPerform other duties and support deliverables as assigned by the organization to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's ValuesA valid medical license to practice in any state with the ability to become licensed in OregonBoard certification in a relevant specialty (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.)Advanced proficiency with medical software, electronic health records, and telemedicine platformsExceptional clinical skills, including diagnostic acumen and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of urgent care casesStrong communication skills, empathetic patient care, and the ability to make swift, sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentAllow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more.Organization:Medical, Dental, & Vision PlansHealth Spending Accounts & Flexible Spending AccountsPTO + paid holidays401KPaid Family LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramsDisability and Insurance: Short + Long TermOpportunities for advancementRecruitWell's Core Values:Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
