Description:

Practice setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Travel logistics covered: Housing, mileage, car rental, flights if needed, etc
Standard solo Urgent Care coverage for 8 hr. shifts
Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
EMR: E-MDs
Comfort treating both Peds and Adults
Clinical support staff available
Provide standard solo Urgent Care coverage for 8-hour shifts
Handle a daily patient volume of 20-25, with patient encounters per shift ranging from 25-35
Utilize E-MDs electronic medical records system
Work effectively with available clinical support staff
Facility holds the right to cancel confirmed shifts pending provider performance
Credentialing timeframe is estimated to be 2 weeks
No requirement for board certification, but must be board certification eligible
Provider will be housed in hospital-owned apartments
