-Average volume: 3.5 patients per hour (shifts may vary during the winter months) -About the facility: Typical UC treats ear, throat, sinus, stomach, objects in eyes, and fractures. Patients self-select and do not go through triage, all chest pains are sent to the ED immediately, no EKGS, CTs go directly to the ED

-Required: BLS, ACLS, and Michigan license
