KeyResponsibilities: - Provideurgent care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
- Performassessments, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, andprescribe treatments.
- Handlea variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions, including minor injuries,illnesses, and infections.
- Administertreatments such as immunizations, wound care, and IV fluids.
- Collaboratewith medical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhereto all protocols, policies, and standards set by the facility and medicalboard.
- Provideeducation to patients and their families about their conditions and preventivehealthcare.
Requirements: - Currentand valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts.
- Atleast 2 years of experience working in urgent care, emergency medicine, or asimilar fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Strongclinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate,patient-centered approach.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mustbe available to work every other weekend.
