Nurse Practitioner - Home-Based Urgent Care

Provide high-quality, home-based urgent care services within an organization that is redefining the delivery of patient care. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be providing comprehensive health assessments and treatments for a wide range of injuries and illnesses. From point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration, this unique and innovative care model allows healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients in the comfort of their own home environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 10-hr days/month
- Compensation: (based on an average of 35 hrs/wk)
- $105,000 - $135,000/yr + VERY generous bonus incentives for additional shifts worked.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Location: Tulsa County, OK

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or related fields
- Advanced degree from an accredited institution
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National board certification
- Current BLS required; ACLS certification preferred
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management for patients of all ages
- Perform point-of-care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, and IV fluid and medication administration
- Facilitate timely follow-up and care coordination
- Collaborate with Medical Technicians to deliver high-quality care
