We are seeking a skilled Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 48-day locum tenens assignment at a multi-specialty clinic in Oregon. This opportunity, starting on May 5, 2025, requires a provider to work four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with basic Family Medicine and experienced in Urgent Care settings. Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer vaccinations as needed
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, cold, cough, flu, and ear infections
- Provide COVID-19 related care and treatment
- Perform in-office urgent care procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all clinic protocols and safety standards
Additional Information :
- Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
- Experience in Urgent Care and Family Medicine settings is required
