DescriptionSummary:
This position supports and enhances the Case Management Department's capacity to fulfill the demands of payors, patients, family members and other entities, meet deadlines, development plans, foster positive employee relations, coordinate internal and external communications, strengthens medical staff involvement an participate in organizational activities.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent education/experience preferred. Effective written and oral communication skills. Effective computer capabilities, transcription, and mathematical aptitude. Must be a team player.
- Three to five years administrative experience with emphasis on strong organizational skills, planning and customer relations.
