Care Coordinator Compensation
• The pay for this position is $19 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Care Coordinator Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday, as assigned
• 100% Remote / Work-from-Home
• Mandatory virtual training from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST for the first 4-6 weeks

Care Coordinator Responsibilities
- Apply job knowledge and follow company policies and procedures to perform assigned tasks
- Handle routine assignments and resolve basic problems using past practices or guidance
- Enter and manage accurate referrals and applications using internal CRM tools
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns regarding their journey status
- Make outbound follow-up calls and confirm details with patients
- Provide empathetic and professional communication while documenting clear, accurate information
- Work closely with healthcare providers to process new patient referrals
- Manage patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Care Coordinator Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask while using software and speaking with patients/healthcare providers
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Experience working independently in high-volume environments
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Care Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and pharmacy operations is a plus
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Desire to grow into senior-level roles and meet performance metrics

- Must reside in the U.S. and have a quiet, private, and distraction-free environment
- Reliable high-speed internet with the following specifications:
- Download: 15 Mbps
- Upload: 5 Mbps
- Ping: Max 30 ms
- Hardwired connection (Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular, and dial-up are not allowed)
- Surge protector with network line protection required for company-provided equipment
