We are currently looking to fill a position as a Care Coordinator helping with care for our clients and assist with growing the business through a proactive approach of client needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Coordinator, located throughout Greater Grand Rapids., MI. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day care coordination and case management for clients. They will communicate regularly with clients and their families, as well as caregivers, to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. The role also involves handling customer service inquiries, managing care plans, and coordinating home care services to meet client needs. As an assistant Sales Liaison, you will support the sales team in various activities, including lead generation, market research, and client outreach. You will play a critical role in promoting our services and building relationships with potential clients.
