A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Care Coordinator - Remote in the U.S.
The role would be working for a major healthcare company and has career growth potential.
This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Care Coordinator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $20/hr

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Care Coordinator Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

  • The required availability for this position is any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

  • Training schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST for the first 4-6 weeks; virtual attendance is mandatory

  • 100% Work From Home (Remote)

Care Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Create and complete accurate referrals and applications in a centralized CRM system

  • Resolve patient questions and concerns related to their healthcare journey

  • Enter detailed, accurate, and clear notes into company software while on calls

  • Make outbound follow-up and confirmation calls to patients

  • Provide empathetic and supportive experiences by educating and guiding patients

  • Communicate with referral sources including healthcare providers

  • Manage patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial

Care Coordinator Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2-4 years of customer-facing experience or relevant combination of education and experience

  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools like Teams and Zoom

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Must have a distraction-free, private home workspace

  • Must have high-speed internet (wired connection required)

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center or healthcare experience highly preferred

  • Knowledge of insurance billing and pharmacy operations a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and transcribe while speaking

  • Self-motivated, independent worker with strong time management

  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric attitude

  • Desire to grow into a senior-level role
