Reporting to the Medical Director, the Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner will work independently functioning within the scope of professional licensure. This department offers diagnosis, treatment, and management of various heart diseases, including non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. Responsibilities include daily rounding, developing care plans and performing bedside procedures, writing orders for medications or diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate documentation appropriate for coding and billing, coordinating discharge or transfer services, and supporting the overall mission of the organization.
What s Needed to Succeed:
- Master s level degree from an accredited college or university
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse APRN licensure
- Prior experience in similar clinical setting
