Operates a variety of complex physiological equipment in the clinical laboratory setting. Performs cardio-neuro diagnostic testing independently or with direction of physician.

Responsibilities - 1. Provides assistance with patient care. Performs cardiology testing independently or with direction of cardiologist according to standards set forth by policy and procedure manual.
- 2. Provides assistance with patient care. Performs neurology testing (EEG) independently or with direction of neurologist according to standards set forth by policy and procedure manual.
- 3. Maintains essential records. Dispatches tests and results. Schedules in-patients and ambulatory patients according to department policy and procedure maual.
- 4. Maintain promotion of Greenwich Hospital patient and guest relations program and the Mission, Values and Goals of Greenwich Hospital and the department.
- 5. Responsible to maintain efficient operation and overall productivity of Cardio-Neuro Diagnostic Center.
- 6. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
QualificationsEDUCATION
High School diploma
LICENSURE
BLS Certificate; Certificate for non-invasive testing optional.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Sitting, standing and bending. Ability to assist patients onto bed from wheelchair, stretchers, etc. Moving equipment approximately 500lbs on rollers when necessary. May be exposed to infectious diseases or hazardous materials.
