What We Require
- Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Residency and Fellowship: Completion of residency
- Licensure: Current MD or DO license in Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain.
- Board Certification/Eligibility: Board certified or board eligible in Cardiology by the ABMS.
