We are growing. Our team is hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists with an interest in a supplemental clinical engagement with a fully virtual cardiology telehealth company providing specialized care for outpatient heart failure management.
Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies.
Through a combination of evidence-based therapy, remote patient monitoring, and health coaching, we intend to improve members quality of life across the nation - starting with heart health. With our virtual platform, we have built a team of cardiologists, registered nurses, health coaches and pharmacy technicians around revolutionizing member care.
Responsibilities:
- New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;
- Fully remote w flexible, self-schedule (10 + hours/week)
- Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
- Communicate with registered nurses appropriately for patient care
- Optional: Read echocardiograms
- EMR: Elation
Requirements:
- Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
- AZ, OK, TX, FL, KY medical license
