A leading healthcare provider committed to exceptional patient care, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our expanding outpatient Cardiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a diverse range of cardiac conditions within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Physician Assistant in our Outpatient Cardiology practice, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKG, echocardiogram, stress tests, etc.).
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced cardiologists.
  • Provide patient education on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Manage common cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
  • Perform procedures as credentialed and within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current and valid PA license in State Name .
  • NCCPA certification.
  • BLS and ACLS certification (may be required).
  • Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of cardiovascular medicine.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mention any preferred experience, e.g., 1+ year of cardiology experience, outpatient experience .
