- Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure coverage
- Night call will be phone consults only, provider will not be called back in.

• Equipment: EKG machines, normal office equipment

• Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes

• Trauma Level: II

Requirements:

• Active WA License

• BC

• DEA

• BLS, ACLS

• Heart failure experience or experience as a CICU Nurse.
