Job Description: Nurse Practitioner-Physician Assistant Cardiology Hospitalist When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of "helping people live the healthiest lives possible.
About this role: As a Nurse Practitioner -Physician Assistant Cardiology Hospitalist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will round in the hospital setting on IHC patients, collaboration with the cardiology team and inter-disciplinary team on patient outcomes, capture patient history, educate, counsel patients on their disease and way to manage it. Help with the coordination of hospital discharge and follow up scheduling.
- This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance up to $7,500
- You will support the West Pod located at Alta Cardiology Clinic
- Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm or 4/10's, day off will be determined by the department

What you'll bring:- Must have or be eligible for a current and unrestricted NP or PA Nevada License
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- AANP or NCCPA certification
- 2 years' experience required
- BLS and ACLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship currently
- Ability to float between practice locations as needed
