I hope your week is going well. I was reaching out because I saw that you were actively licensed as a interventional cardiologist. One of my long term clients in the Vancouver, WA area is looking to add a locum cardiologist for the remainder of the year.

- Practice Description:
• Setting: Hospital and Vascular Cardiology Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Rounding, limited amount of admissions and Consults, rounding, reading hospital echos, EKG, performing caths - Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday-Friday 8 hour clinic shifts and 24 hour call shifts. A work week is typically 4-6 days a week depending on the rotation. It will be a mix of 2-3 days in the clinic and then 2-3 days in the hospital plus call.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Call is 1:6 (Every 6th and about 6 days per month) - Consults, rounding, reading hospital echos, EKG, performing caths. Call is 7am-7am.
• PPD/Census: Clinic is 16-18. Hospital census varies but on average 25-30. - Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: They work as a team but are on call solo
• Procedures Required/Preferred: - EMR: EPIC proficiency highly preferred
- Must have active WA license
- Must be Board Certified
- Invasive procedures are required
- Interventional and structural experience is strongly preferred.
• Daily/Hourly Rate: MAX - All travel covered
