Our Practice:
We have a committed cardiac critical care team, a congenital cardiac unit and a growing pediatric transport program. We have built a strong and collegial relationship with our cardiothoracic surgeons. Our partnership with UT Health & University Health Transplant Institute combines academic and community resources to provide the best clinical outcomes for our patients, while supporting research and education across joint systems.
Position Summary:
The position encompasses responsibilities in patient care in heart failure, pre-and post-transplant and VAD patients, all forms of mechanical circulatory support and ECMO. The ideal candidate would have experience in pediatric heart failure and transplant, along with a desire to help build and grow a future program. This position offers a collaborative environment among passionate healthcare professionals and the ability to train pediatric residents and fellows from five pediatric fellowships, including neonatology and critical care.
