Cardiac Electrophysiologist Opportunity with Partnership


A healthcare practice in Oklahoma is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join their team due to the growing community need. Practice Details


  • The clinic setup features a state-of-the-art, two-story facility featuring a clinic, nuclear stress lab, cardiac PET/CT, tilt table lab, accredited vascular/ultrasound department, and rhythm monitoring services
  • 4-room accredited ASC with 2 fixed-unit cath labs, 2 ORs, and 16 prep/recovery rooms
  • Join a team of 10 physicians, including 3 interventional cardiologists, 3 vascular surgeons, 1 interventional radiologist, and 12 APPs

Schedule


  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • EP call on an ad hoc basis for device implants; rotated with other implanters within the group

Compensation & Benefits


  • Guaranteed base salary of $600,000, with additional earning potential
    • Production-based bonus pool, with the ability to earn $150K-$300K annually
    • Eligible for partnership and ASC ownership after 2 years, with no buy-in required
  • Benefits package includes health, life, and malpractice insurance, PTO, and a $3,000 CME allowance
