Looking for a cardiologist to cover our cardiology clinic in Columbus, Nebraska beginning June, ongoing.
SCHEDULE :
- 2 weeks per month (Monday - Friday). Clinic Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30 pm
- Does not necessarily have to be back to back weeks.
- No weekend coverage needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- This is a very busy clinic with average of 125 patients per week.
- This provider will not be responsible for procedures as the focus will be supporting the clinic.
- 20 minute appointments slots for existing patients.
- Locum will see 3 patients an hour; 20-25 patients per day.

- Duties:
- Seeing patients in our cardiology clinic. Available for any consults at the hospital adjacent to our clinic. Consult volumes are very low
- FTE: Part time
- Required Procedures: None
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Clinical staff and supervisor
- Reason for Coverage: Loss of a provider
- Deal breakers: Must be able to read Echos
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- NE License or IMLC (LOQ must be uploaded) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
- Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
