• 7:00am-5:30pm - Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days:
• Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm - In- Office Clinic
• Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm - Telemedicine Clinic
• Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm - In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am)
• Night beeper call on Fridays

• Clinical Details

• 20-22 patients per day
• Adult patients
• Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
• Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations

• Requirements

• Electrophysiology BC/BE
• Active AZ License - IMLC Accepted - (Willing to license)
• ACLS
• DEA
• Minimum 1 year experience

• Call

• Night beeper call on Fridays

• EMR

• Cerner
