• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Patient Volume:
- Cath Lab: 3-4 per day
- Clinic: 20-22

• Avg. No. of EP cases: 4-6 per day

• Beds in the Dept: 268

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active AZ License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• DEA

• ACLS

• Min 1 year of experience
