Cardiology

Locums - Durango, Colorado, Interventional Cardiology Job (IMLC Welcome) Clinical Role:

•  September 2025 - Ongoing Need
•  Mon-Sun - 7a-7a - 24-hour call
•  7 consecutive days per month
•  Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Call, Clinic
•  FTE: 1.0
•  Required Procedures/Job Duties: Interventional Call, Interventional procedures, both scheduled and unscheduled. Some clinic days depending on the length of the stay. Inpatient consults, and inpatient study reads as well
•  Census/Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
•  Number of Beds: 82
•  Admissions: 4-6
•  EMR: EPIC
•  Support Staff: RN
•  Reason for Coverage: Unable to fill with another locum
•  EMR Required Training:
•  Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to providers first day
•  EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider will be required to complete Modules and EUPA test at least one week prior to start. PPL will be handled onsite the morning of their first day
•  Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - Required
•  Active CO License - Required or IMLC
•  Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
•  Residency Requirements/Fellowship - Required
•  Minimum 2 years' experience - Required
