Locums - Durango, Colorado, Non-Invasive Cardiologist Job (IMLC Accepted) Clinical Role:

•  Coverage Dates:
•  June 27th - Orientation - 8-hour day.
•  June 30-July 3
•  July 28-Aug 1
•  Will present ongoing as dates become available
•  Looking for a locum non-invasive cardiologist to help back fill cancelled dates and is looking for one consecutive week of coverage per month ongoing
•  Monday-Friday - 7a-5p - Onsite
•  Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday - 5p-7a - offsite Night call
•  Setting: Clinic, Call, Inpatient Trauma Level III
•  FTE: .5
•  EMR: EPIC
•  Support Staff: RN, NP/PA
•  Reason for Coverage: locum provider cancelled some dates, need to back fill and need an additional locum to help with coverage.
•  Consultative services for hospital patients
•  Some urgent patient visits in the clinic
•  TEE and Cardioversion a plus
•  EMR Required Training:
•  Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to providers first day.
•  EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider will be required to complete Modules and EUPA test at least one week prior to start. PPL will be handled onsite on the morning of their first day
•  Census/Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
•  Number of beds: 82
•  Admissions: 8-10 consults typically per day
•  Board Certified Cardiovascular Disease - Required
•  Active CO license - Required or IMLC
•  Candidates must be available for all shifts detailed in job description to be considered - Required
•  Candidates must have a minimum of 1 consecutive week per month of ongoing availability to be considered - Required
•  Clean Malpractice/Background - Required
