Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Weekend Rounding and Call: 1:5
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 7
• Cover 2 sites

Clinical Details:

• Trauma Level Designation: Level I
• Number of Beds: 1100
• Hospital-based services only, no procedures
• Call: In-House, 1:5 weekend rounding and call
  • Average Admissions While On Call: 1
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: APP/Mid-Level Coverage Available
• Will work solo

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• State License: Ohio license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• DEA Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• CSR
