As the first incoming GI, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team, contributing to the growth of our GI program while providing both inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive environment.
Practice Setting:
- Non-profit healthcare system with a focus on patient-centered care
- A mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with advanced GI procedure opportunities
- Strong support from a dedicated colorectal surgeon and cancer program involvement
- Leadership opportunity to establish and direct the GI team
Schedule:
- Two days in the OR, two days in the clinic each week
- Block time available in the OR for efficient scheduling
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive first-year base salary, with RVU model
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000
