  • Shift Details: Monday Friday
  • 7:00am-5:30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days:
  • Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm In- Office Clinic
  • Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm Telemedicine Clinic
  • Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am) night beeper call on Fridays

Description:
  • Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
  • Cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
  • Skills Required: Albations
  • Patients Per Shift: 20-22
  • Practice Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic
  • Patient Population/Age: Adult
  • EMR System: Cerner
  • Board Certification: Yes
Required Qualifications :
  • Board Certification: BC required
  • License Required: AZ Licensed or IMLC also accepted
  • DEA: AZ registered
  • CSR: not required
  • Certifications Required: ACLS
  • Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
