Cardiac Sonographer I

Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development; assumes responsibility for maintaining unit needs and standards; provides direct patient care; oversees staff hiring, evaluation, and performance management; ensures compliance with policies and financial stewardship; serves as a resource to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes; participates in policy revisions and committees; contributes to recruitment and retention of staff; coordinates educational activities; rounds with physicians, patients, or families; directs staff in applying nursing process; supports quality improvement initiatives; performs other assigned duties.
