Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Card Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of card programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to cardholders and internal employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer card programs, including issuance, maintenance, and cancellation of cards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to card usage.
- Provide support and assistance to cardholders regarding inquiries, transactions, and issues.
- Monitor card transactions for accuracy and identify any discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline card administration processes.
- Assist in training and educating staff on card program policies and procedures.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in card administration or financial services is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
