What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of car wash professionals to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure top-quality customer service and safety, making sure each customer leaves with a smile.
- Maintain equipment and perform regular troubleshooting and maintenance to keep everything running at peak performance.
- Drive growth by promoting sales and effectively managing costs.
- Work with computer systems and the POS register system to track performance and manage day-to-day tasks.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and be on your feet.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and being on your feet for up to 12 hours as needed.
