Car Service Bookings Advisor
£25k basic with £29-30k OTE

Monday to Friday (42 hours a week between 8am 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am 1pm)
Our client, based in Norwich, is on the lookout for an experienced Bookings Advisor to join their team. If you have an interest in the automotive sector and you re looking for a new role, this could be for you please give us a call and apply.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Service Bookings Advisor:
- Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
- Selling additional services during booking calls.
- Prepping job cards.
- Job card filing.
- General admin duties in the department.
Your Background & Skill:
- Experience within a similar bookings advisor role or Service Advisor role.
- Main dealer motor trade experience a must.
- You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc)
- Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
