Capital Project Analyst

As a key member of the local engineering and operations team, you'll:

• Manage purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring financial accuracy and timely project execution

• Monitor budgets and report on CAPEX spend status with monthly and quarterly updates

• Partner with Finance and project teams to maintain accurate cash flow forecasting

• Oversee documentation for tax exemption certifications and asset tagging

• Coordinate change order approvals and maintain auditable project records

• Lead administrative support for core project meetings, including capturing and following up on key decisions

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing clarity to complex projects. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or project coordination, ideally in CAPEX or manufacturing settings

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems

• An eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills

• The ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
