What You'll DoAs a key member of the local engineering and operations team, you'll:

Manage purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring financial accuracy and timely project execution

Monitor budgets and report on CAPEX spend status with monthly and quarterly updates

Partner with Finance and project teams to maintain accurate cash flow forecasting

Oversee documentation for tax exemption certifications and asset tagging

Coordinate change order approvals and maintain auditable project records

Lead administrative support for core project meetings, including capturing and following up on key decisions
What You BringWe're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing clarity to complex projects. The ideal candidate will have:

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or project coordination, ideally in CAPEX or manufacturing settings

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems

An eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills
