About the Role
We are seeking a candidate to join the CMF Inventory Management team in London. The role involves managing the Global Markets' balance sheet, sourcing resources efficiently, and providing liquidity for clients through various financial products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and grow client business.
- Monitor market developments and trading opportunities proactively.
- Facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or third-party offerings.
- Adapt to regulatory changes and adhere to internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits, and compliance.
- Manage a broad range of risks, including derivative risk, execution risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and strategies.
- Minimum of two years trading experience.
- Good quantitative skills.
- Critical thinker with clear communication skills and a push for innovation.
- Self-starter capable of creating solutions independently.
