Role Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Canvas Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading canvassing efforts, engaging with potential clients, and generating leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help our community.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or canvassing, with a track record of achieving targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
High level of integrity and commitment to our company values
Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus
Must be comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
Responsibilities as a Canvas Manager at Ascension Roofing:
Lead and manage canvassing teams to generate leads and create awareness of our roofing services
Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement
Train and mentor team members on effective canvassing techniques and communication skills
Monitor team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure goals are met
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and client relationships
Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and initiatives, promoting our mission and services
