The Canvassing Marketing Specialist is accountable for implementing direct marketing tactics via in-person interactions, fostering leads, and enhancing brand recognition. This position entails interacting with potential clients in specific regions, effectively conveying the company's value proposition, and gathering information to support sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a sociable, goal-oriented professional with excellent communication abilities and the knack for quickly establishing rapport.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct door-to-door canvassing, event marketing, and community outreach to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
    • Engage with potential customers, provide information about products and services, and answer questions to drive interest and conversions.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company offerings to effectively communicate key benefits.
    • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize canvassing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
    • Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
    • Identify and report market trends, customer concerns, and competitor activities.
    • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and community activities.
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and canvassing guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
    • Experience: Previous experience in canvassing, field marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
    • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent in outreach efforts.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
    • Must be able to walk for extended periods, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift marketing materials if needed.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
