JOB TITLE: Candidate Recruitment Resourcer
REPORTS TO: Senior Recruitment Consultant
SALARY: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Winning the Business
- Be an ambassador for Smart10 and consistently demonstrate core business values.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce Smart10's services to prospective candidates about live vacancies.
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment, and availability-match to suitable vacancies. If no suitable vacancy exists, contact clients to find a suitable role.
- Arrange registrations by interviewing potential candidates.
- Keep in close contact with existing clients to stay updated on their needs.
- Generate leads from all possible sources, including networking.
- Obtain full details of all vacancies/assignments and understand all client requirements.
- Present candidate details to clients and arrange interviews where appropriate.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market developments.
- Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions about the client, including location, Health and Safety requirements, job expectations, standards, and pay rates.
- Encourage candidates to work in a manner that reflects positively on Smart10.
- Coordinate with colleagues to fill as many live vacancies as possible.

- Maintain excellent customer service levels for both clients and candidates at all times.
- Handle client and candidate queries effectively and resolve issues promptly.

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Develop detailed knowledge of each client's business and culture.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve office objectives and targets.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates to assess their needs, confirm availability, and actively seek suitable work to provide a quality service.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors to the office, ensuring positive first impressions.
- Build a community of like-minded individuals by attending events, seminars, workshops, and engaging in LinkedIn activities-an integral part of our strategy.
