Campus Recruiting Project Manager - Up to $175k base
We're currently supporting a leading global financial services organisation, on their search for a campus recruiting PM who will focus on enhancing the intern experience, managing program operations, and using insights from each program cycle to improve future talent pipeline strategies and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management of the internship program lifecycle, including coordination of classes, events, and stakeholder meetings
- Apply best practices in recruiting to support strategy, planning, and execution of early talent programs
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align on program objectives
- Manage documentation, calendars, and infrastructure to support smooth program operations
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or campus hiring, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth setting
- Proven project management skills with a detail-oriented and organized mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
