Job Title: Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Palo Alto, CA - Local Residents Only)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $79,300 - $101,000 D.O.E. + Yearly Bonuses & Merit-Based Raises

Position Summary:

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Talent Management initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate recruiting programs, training, and professional development events while ensuring a seamless onboarding and integration experience for new hires.


Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, summer associate training programs, social events, and Talent Development Committee meetings.
  • Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, hiring committee preparation, prospect outreach, and coordination of work assignments.
  • Oversee training and social activities for summer associates.
  • Monitor and manage the local recruiting budget.
  • Collaborate with Lateral and Staff Talent Acquisition teams for seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Work closely with the Firmwide Talent Acquisition team on company-wide initiatives and programs.

Talent Development:

  • Organize local Talent Development associate relations events and in-house attorney training programs.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Development team to implement firm-wide programs, including coaching initiatives and training academies.
  • Support local performance management processes, including assisting attorneys with performance approvals, reports, and meetings.
  • Monitor Associate Relations and Professional Development budgets.

Talent Management:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires, including orientation, communication, and integration efforts.
  • Generate reports and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work overtime as required, including attendance at evening and/or weekend special events.
  • Travel as needed for programs, activities, and initiatives.
  • Handle additional projects as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in human resources, law school career services, attorney recruiting, and/or development (preferred); At least 2 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).
  • Advanced proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in coordinating training programs and events.
  • Basic knowledge of legal recruiting, attorney development policies, legal education, and career development best practices.
  • Understanding of communication principles and their practical applications.
