Bachelor degree in Humanities or Business or equivalent experience in senior management position of workers camps.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in management, operations and maintenance of industrial workers camps (construction, O&G, mining etc). Direct experience in camp administration and reporting. Proven and demonstrated experience in development of camp reporting and communication.
- Provide Company oversight of the EPC Contractors Worker Communication strategies and campaigns across work locations and multiple construction camps (>40000 pax).
- Support the client camps management team with the objective of ensuring the provision of robust food safety management systems, acceptable living standards, properly delivered camp worker welfare and compliance with international and Qatar standards.
- Support contractor development & implementation of communication strategies with the objective of ensuring and enhancing a safe and harmonious living and working environment within the construction camps.
- Collect, aggregate, analyse and present data and insights from across camps portfolio to provide indication of the health of the camps management systems as well as areas requiring attention and intervention. This will include the development of smart leading and lagging indicators.
- Support the client camps management team in ensuring the implementation of Safety and Quality programs relevant to operations and maintenance activities including adherence to HACCP & industrial hygiene standards.
