Job description:

If so, we have the opportunity for you to make this season the best one ever for thousands of kids with The St. James Summer Sports Camps.

If you have the energy and passion for serving youth through sports, The St. James is the place to work this summer. Our new Camp Operations & Administrator excels in office work, answering phone calls and emails from parents, and is comfortable using computers and software applications to manage our camp programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the enforcement of camp policies and procedures.
  • Manages camp databases and maintains camper information accurately.
  • Answers camp emails and elevates concerns as needed.
  • Assists in ensuring a smooth AM carpool/check-in.
  • Manage the camp office, including basic clerical duties (serving at the first line of defense with parent questions in both email and phone, making copies, managing the registration portal, and other duties as assigned).
  • With the Director Assistant Camp Director to handle parent communications, concerns, and questions.
  • Assists the Director of Camps & Assistant on camp management and recognition.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • (Stipend - May to Aug) 30 hours, more when needed Mon-Fri 7am-1pm typically).
