Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate, Campaign Operations to support the execution of high-impact Retention Marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in building, testing, and launching lifecycle marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, with high quality and precision. You will work closely with Lifecycle Marketing partners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to streamline campaign execution and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel retention campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging, etc.) using Braze.
  • Oversee the QA process to ensure flawless execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to assemble final campaign assets.
  • Build audience segments and capture stakeholder feedback to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Create scalable processes, workflows, and documentation to support campaign quality and reduce errors.
  • Continuously improve operational tools and standards for efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to align on campaign strategy, targeting, and creative execution.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Monitor campaign metrics and performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaign quality and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Lifecycle Marketing partners regarding campaign operations.
  • Ensure campaign plans are aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Tool Expertise
  • Use Braze to implement sophisticated campaigns involving automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
  • Explore additional tools and platforms to enhance campaign capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • 2â€"3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • 2â€"3 years of experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) â€" such as Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Braze
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret performance data to inform campaign improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization best practices
Certifications
  • Braze Certification or training (if applicable) is a plus
  • No specific certifications required, but marketing or analytics certifications are beneficial
