Location: West Sacramento, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $47.50 - 49.50 per hourOur client is seeking experienced digital Campaign Managers to build and execute their advertising solutions, leveraging proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies.As a Campaign Manager, you will report to a Senior Manager, Campaign Management Lead, and bring 3+ years of digital campaign management experience to plan, deliver, and optimize omnichannel ad campaigns. The Campaign Manager will oversee the recognition and execution of revenue secured by the Sales team, including both managed service and self-service campaigns across a variety of products. Additionally, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and stewardship of media campaigns-including campaign setup or advertiser guidance, pacing and optimizations, and performance reporting.This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring the Campaign Manager to understand a brand's broader marketing goals, define the necessary tactical approach, and contribute to achieving the overall marketing objective. As the subject matter expert on media and audience tactics, you will help drive client-specific outcomes through optimization strategies and best practice recommendations. The role also involves regular interaction with external stakeholders, including clients and agency partners, through Campaign Manager-led office hours.Responsibilities:Responsible for strategic planning and execution for both managed and self-service campaigns, acting as a consultative expert.Serve as a subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation-acting as a key internal resource.Attend external client and agency calls as the expert on media tactics, audience strategy, campaign stewardship, and ad serving platforms.Demonstrate deep expertise in various media types, including but not limited to paid search, programmatic display (onsite and offsite), direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital out-of-home (OOH), and experiential in-store tactics (demos, sampling, TV walls, etc.).Understand and apply the purchase funnel based on client objectives-covering upper funnel awareness, mid-funnel consideration, and lower funnel conversion.Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to develop strategic, data-driven media proposals that align with client goals.Contribute to strategic initiatives that impact the Campaign Management organization and other cross-functional teams.Lead regular calls with internal and external stakeholders to communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.Identify opportunities for incremental revenue, in collaboration with Sales, based on campaign performance, test-and-learn programs, and seasonal initiatives.Partner with Media Insights to support campaign measurement and generate actionable insights.Exhibit diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to our client's best practices throughout the entire campaign lifecycle (from pre-sale to post-sale).Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and campaign QA processes to deliver seamless campaign launches for both managed and self-service campaigns, resulting in a high-quality advertiser experience.Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners through excellent client service.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully traffic campaigns across a variety of ad tech environments (onsite, offsite, paid social, search, in-store, etc.).Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing and/or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and experiential channels.Extensive experience and expertise in programmatic advertising, including a strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.Proven track record of creating strategies that drive increased advertiser investment in our client's media and advertising solutions.Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations-across paid search, programmatic display, publisher media, network buys, and/or social media platforms.Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, new buyer acquisition, etc.) and the ability to analyze data to inform optimizations.Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to proactively identify risks and propose effective solutions.A strong desire to continuously learn new ad platforms and media strategies, with critical thinking around their real-world application.Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and navigating ambiguity.Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to advise stakeholders on media best practices and uncover new areas of opportunity.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.Familiarity with both traditional and interactive media planning principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel (including pivot tables and data analysis), PowerPoint (for creating decks and visual storytelling), Word, and Outlook.Experience using systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.JOBID: Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
