Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands. We're looking to hire a Campaign Manager for a multinational retail company.
As a Campaign Manager, you'll use 3+ years of digital campaign management experience to plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel ad campaigns. You'll oversee revenue delivery from both managed and self-service campaigns, handle campaign setup, pacing, and performance reporting, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
This is a full-time 7-12 month W2 contract position that is hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Hoboken, NJ.
Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel advertising campaigns (managed and self-service).
- Act as a consultative expert for media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.
- Manage campaign setup, pacing, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Interface regularly with clients and agency partners to lead strategy and performance discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to build data-driven media proposals.
- Analyze campaign metrics and share performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through test-and-learn initiatives and seasonal programs.
- Partner with Media Insights to deliver robust campaign measurement and reporting.
- Ensure campaign execution adheres to internal SLAs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across digital and in-store platforms.
- Support strategic initiatives and process improvements across internal teams.
Campaign Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital media operations, or bid management.
- Expertise in paid search, programmatic display, social media, and digital sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of media KPIs (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and media math.
- Client-facing experience with a proactive approach to solving problems and managing risks.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint, and media reporting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and campaign performance strategies.
