Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Youngstown, OH
Pay rate: $15-$16/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve service and support issues using department tools, sound judgment, and internal resources.
- Partner with retail field teams and store personnel to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and support company objectives.
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and service expectations.
- Use courteous, professional communication at all times.
- Contribute positively to team goals and work collaboratively with peers.
- Strive for first-contact resolution and create win-win outcomes for customer concerns.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and empathy
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating the Internet
- Fluent in English with strong grammar and comprehension
- Commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with multi-channel communication platforms
