Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00 per hour
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications: - 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
