Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be available Saturdays)

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Call Center Representatives to support their call center. These individuals will serve as the primary point of contact for participants, assisting with benefit inquiries, claims, eligibility issues, and form processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participant inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Explain benefits, claims, and payment issues clearly and accurately
  • Process and manage participant forms (e.g., enrollment, disability, spouse forms)
  • Assist participants in navigating the organization's website
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system
  • Manage incoming call volume, monitor voicemails, and respond in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical call center environment
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Bilingual candidates highly preferred
