We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, sales leads, or service inquiries.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions and updates in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as required.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
